Wrong size? Wrong color?
We offer free exchanges within 7 days of delivery for:
- Muay Thai shorts (unworn, tags attached)
- Handwraps (unopened packaging)

Returns for Refund
Within 7 days of delivery:

Refund process:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Processed within 3 business days of receiving item
- Delivery fee is non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Mouthguards (opened or unopened)
- Worn or washed shorts
- Opened handwrap packaging
- Items with signs of use, sweat, or damage
Defective Products
Received a defective item? We've got you.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the defect via WhatsApp
- We'll replace it immediately - no questions asked

- Receive refund or exchange within 3 business days
Outside South Bali?
For customers outside our same-day delivery zone:
- Return shipping is at customer's expense
- We recommend tracked shipping
- Refund processed once item is received and inspected
