Thank you for shopping with Siam Athletics. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (Europe) — 7–14 business days — €9.99
Standard Shipping (United Kingdom) — 7–14 business days — €5.00 (approximately £4.30 at current exchange rates)

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our logistics partner via standard postal carriers.

Promotional discount codes may include free shipping. Any applicable free shipping will be applied automatically at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track your package in real time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the following countries/regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at siamathletics@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +628133990945 for a faster response. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

As the seller, we bear the risk of loss during transit. If your package is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Incomplete Orders

If you receive an order with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of what is missing. We will ship the missing items or issue a partial refund.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. Orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or other local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. For EU countries, import VAT is typically 19–27% depending on your country. For the United Kingdom, UK VAT at 20% may be charged at delivery. These fees are levied by your country's customs authority, not by Siam Athletics, and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We are unable to predict the exact amount, as it varies by country. Please contact your local customs office if you need an estimate before ordering.
